At Emqueen, your satisfaction means everything to us. Each nail set is carefully inspected and packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re here to help.
Reporting a Defective or Damaged Product
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
Email our support team at hello@emqueen.in with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear video showing the issue
Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.
Eligibility for Return / Refund
- Nail sets must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products.
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.
Refund Process
Once your return/refund is approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10–15 working days.
- If payment was made via Cash on Delivery, we will contact you for bank details to process the refund securely.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used nail sets, nail glue, or accessories unless they arrive damaged or defective.
