At Emqueen, your satisfaction means everything to us. Each nail set is carefully inspected and packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re here to help.

Reporting a Defective or Damaged Product

Under Normal Circumstances no returns are allowed. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product by email at hello@emqueen.in with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A 360 degrees unboxing video from the opening of the courier bag

Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.

Eligibility for Return / Refund

  • Nail sets must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products.
  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.

Refund Process

Once your return/refund is approved:

  • We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 working days.
  • If payment was made via Cash on Delivery, we will contact you for bank details to process the refund securely.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used nail sets, nail glue, or accessories unless they arrive damaged or defective.
