We want you to be delighted with your Emqueen™ nail sets. If your item is defective, please contact our customer service team at abhirajcreations7@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with a picture of the product, to initiate a refund.

Eligibility for Return

Nail sets must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Due to hygienic reasons, products cannot be replaced unless defective or damaged.
If the product is defective or damaged, kindly share a photo at the provided email ID for further review.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 10 days.
